Domestic Shipping

We try to ship all orders within a 24—48 hour time period. We cannot always guarantee this during peak times of year. All orders are filled in order of entering our system.

Our on-line shipping estimates are “estimates.” We reserve the right to modify shipping costs up or down to cover actual shipping charges. If additional postage is needed, you will be notified prior to our shipping your order. Any overage will be refunded or credited to your account.

CARRIERS: We typically use USPS for all our shipping. If for some reason you need UPS or Fed EX we can accommodate but please message us first. This may delay the shipping by a day. We ship using Standard Ground or Priority Mail service. Additional shipping charges may apply by using another service. We will message you if there are additional charges.

Depending on the weight of your package, we may use one of the following shipping options. We ship using Media Mail, First Class, Parcel Select, Standard Ground or Priority Mail service.

Orders of $50 and over get FREE shipping (USA Only)! For orders less than $50, shipping is charged based on the size and weight of your order.
USPS First-Class Mail – 3 to 7 business days (Most Commonly Used Shipping option) USPS Priority Mail – 2 to 3 business days USPS Express – 1 to 2 business days

ALL shipping time frames are based on normal business days (Monday – Friday). Shipping times quoted are shipping only and do not include order processing time. Most orders will ship within 48 hours. Please note that FedEx or UPS can not deliver to a PO Box. A physical address is needed in order to use ANY FedEx or UPS shipping method if this option is needed.

Shipping Outside of the United States

We are required to include a Customs Declaration Form describing the contents and value of a package when shipping Internationally. Many countries impose import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are out of our control.

Insurance For Your Package

Our responsibility ends once we hand your package to a carrier. All items are in new, working condition when they leave here. Any loss or damage not covered by insurance becomes your responsibility. ASK FOR COMPLETE INSURANCE COVERAGE if you are not willing to accept this condition. We do not automatically insure. You must request insurance. ASK FOR INSURANCE FOR YOUR PROTECTION. * additional fees may be required depending on value.
